After hitting a patch of black ice and my car left immobile (tired pushed into wheel well), I brought my vehicle to this location and they were excellent with walking me through then next steps. Shop manager was very nice and communicated effectively and explained why certain repairs were necessary. My son was in a minor accident but the front end of his truck got smashed up.  James from CCS happened to be driving by and stopped. While I am new to utilizing the services of an auto body shop, I believe the team at CCS did excellent work on a challenging vehicle. They performed a full color change on my newly acquired 2007 Z4M coupe, including removing the old, amateurish paint, repairing holes in the lift gate, bumper and fenders and fixing the many panel gaps. I believe I am the first customer at CCS since the current owner took control of the shop, and the team truly made the experience. James the owner, is an enthusiast himself and very up front and informative in his communication. Rita the admin, has been equally helpful and patient as they switched service providers during the ownership transition. The team of technicians, including Filipe and Tony, were happy to meet me and answer any questions I might have. Finally, Ray the shop manager is clearly more than just his decades of experience in the field; he kindly and patiently helped me make informed decisions at several key points in the process, including selecting the ideal paint type and color. He even followed up with me several times to ensure odds and ends like the tow hook cover got painted as well. The team at CCS Autobody has been professional, communicative and motivated throughout the several week process, prioritizing high quality work over all. Anyone who loves their cars knows that getting your prized possession painted is a big commitment and expense, and I was delighted by the fact that the CCS team seemed just as excited to deliver their work as I was to receive it. I would certainly recommend their services to any fellow enthusiasts, and will be returning again myself.
